Good morning, dear readers! :D
I have another item to review for you, this time from the Born Pretty Store. :)
I got the Moveable Practice False Hand Nail Art Training Display (phew!). What it is, is a fake hand with moveable fingers, which you can use for practising doing nails as well as a display for artificial nails.
Here are some photos:
It has a flat base which allows it to stand upright.
After moving the fingers. XD They are a bit on the stiff side, but are still moveable.
Comparison to my hand (I realised after I took the photos that I should moved my hand up a bit, but you get the idea :)).
Index nail bed size on false hand, and a comparison of my index nail size.
As you can see in the above two photos, you can 'slip' a false nail in the gaps that are surrounding the nail bed areas. This is perfect for displaying nails, as you do not need to attach them to the hand with glue or tape.
However, if you are going to be using the hand as a base for practice, I would highly suggest making sure the nail is firmly attached to prevent it from sliding and falling out. As I do not currently do acrylics, I will tape false nails to the hand and use it to practice painting nails and nail art :D. This will come in really handy for me, as painting someone else's nails are so different than painting your own (in my opinion).
I definitely recommend this!! I am very pleased with it. :D Although I had hoped that the fingers would be easier to move, I am glad that they can move, instead of staying in only one position like many other false hands.
I hope that you are having a wonderful day, and that you have a fantastic weekend!! :D

Good morning dear readers! :D
Today I have a wonderful review to show you!! Recently my friend Nory from Fierce Makeup and Nails asked me if I would be interested in reviewing some of her nail polish jewellery. I said yes very quickly!! :D XD
She has an Etsy store called Fierce Polish Jewelry, where you can buy exactly what the name says: awesomely fun jewellery, infused with the wonderfulness that is nail polish. (Side note: isn't it weird that there are two ways of spelling jewellery? XD). You get to choose what polish or combination of polishes you would like her to use out of her polish library (which is pretty extensive if I do say so myself!), and she will make it happen. :D She has rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets. Hmmm... I wonder if she would consider making key-chains too? :D (I can take polish with me everywhere, even when it isn't on my tips! WOOO!!!)
On to the gorgeousness!
She asked me which nail polishes I wanted to use in the jewellery, and I got two of my favourites: China Glaze Snow Globe and O.P.I I Don't Give a Rotterdam. Unfortunately I used up my bottle of Snow Globe, but this way I still get to have it :D!! Here are the beauties she sent to me:
First up, the gorgeous cabochon bracelet:
I LOVE this!!! This is one seriously pretty piece of jewellery!! I prefer cabochon to faceted pieces, as I find they look more magical ^-^ The bracelet is very comfortable to wear, and has a decent weight to it (although it is definitely not heavy!). One thing I found was that the polish looked a bit different under the cabochons compared to on the nail, but there could be may reasons for that (the light hitting it differently, the way the polishes look layered, etc..). Either way, it is gorgeous!! :D (OH!! It also has a really easy to use clasp, which I find super great to have on pieces that I want to wear often. It also doesn't damage my nails to use it, which is a huge bonus!! :D)
Next up: the pendant!
Isn't this gorgeous?? I thought that when I was getting the pedant that it would be by itself, but it came with the cord! :D This pendant is not heavy at all, so it is comfortable to wear. :D
Nory, these are truly beautiful!! I heart them so much!! :D I highly suggest checking out her lovely shop, and picking some up for yourself (and any other polish lover you know! ;)).
I hope that you are having a wonderful day!

Good morning, dear readers!
I apologize for my recent absence on my blog; I've been working on something very special!! :D But shh, it's a secret! I will reveal it soon! :)
For today, I have a swatch of the lovely Girly Bits Promise Me.
This milky light pink polish contains small and medium holo hex, and a most delicious shimmer that transforms from pink to gold, depending on the angle.
I did find the formula on this one to be a bit tricky- a bit on the gloopey side for my tastes. Nothing that a few drops of thinner wouldn't fix. :) Please don't let that turn you off this polish, it is so lovely (like Revlon Starry Pink/ Popular, but a bazillion times more beautiful!!).
Another winner, Pam! :)

Good morning, dear readers!
Today I have a swatch of the gorgeous Girly Bits Glo Worm.
This is a shimmery and stunning high-power flecked green, that simply glows!! (Not literally, but it looks like radioactive material on your nails!). While it starts out rather sheer, it builds up beautifully and is a dream to apply.
And it is actually that vibrant in real life!!! I adore this one!
Not only is this a gorgeous shade for summer, but it is perfect for the upcoming Hallowe'en season (Frankenstein's monster and slime, anyone?). :D
What do you think of this powerful polish?

Good morning, dear readers.
Today I have two very special Girly Bits nail polishes to share with you.
Roger That and Gentle Ginger are very stunning polishes (one being a medium blue holo and another being a rich, shimmery orange), with a very special meaning behind them. As I cannot hope to explain why these polishes are so special any better than Pam from Girly Bits has done, I will link you to the description on her website (here). What I can say, is that Pam and her family are extraordinary people, who really care for their community and the welfare of others. These polishes are a remarkable tribute, and will be cherished by so many for a very long time.
Here are some photos of these gems:
(Please excuse any bumps in the polish; I somehow got dust on my nails as I was polishing them and I always end up hitting my nails while they are drying. Also, I do not PhotoShop my images; those gleaming rays of light happened when the flash bounced off the crystal in such a perfect way.)
Thank you Pam (and family), for being so wonderful.
Remember everyone, to cherish those you love, and tell them how much they mean to you. We never know how much time we have on this Earth, and we should live each day to the fullest.

Good morning, dear readers! :)
When I got my first 4 Girly Bits polishes for my birthday, I quickly realised that I needed more. :D The quality of her polishes are top notch, and the colours and finishes are absolutely stunning.
So, within the last week, I got my newest order in the mail from Pam, and boy was it wonderful!!
Here it is:
Wooo! 10 (!!) new polishes!! :D
Here is my entire Girly Bits collection so far:
In all seriousness, her brand is one that I am so happy to support, for many reasons. She cares about her customers, community, and is a very kind person. The quality of her product is very high, and she does all she can to ensure that you are happy when you order from her. Needless to say, I will be a return customer. ;)
Not only that, but she is in the works of releasing her newest collection very soon! I saw some previews on her Facebook page, and I am very excited for what she will be coming out with next!!
I will be posting swatches over the coming days *so excited*, and I hope you enjoy them. :)

Good morning, dear readers! :D
Today I have a swatch of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Violet Voltage.
The moment I put this on, it became one of my favourite purples ever! :D Have a gander (and please excuse the crappy clean-up job around the nails >.<;):
It is such an amazingly stunning purple, and contains the most lovely pink shimmer!
Here it is with Orly Be Brave over top (please forgive the glitter trying to escape my nail):
Speaking of Orly, I went in to Sally's Beauty Supply the other week (and my Dad bought me polishes!! Thank you so much Dad! :D), and they were trying to get rid of some of their older polishes (a few specific colours of Finger Paints and some of the glitter China Glaze crackles). In the bins at the front, they had this Orly and Mermaid's Tale, and you could get 2 for $3.00!!! O_O So I did!! :D Mermaid's Tale was one of the Flash Glam FX polishes that I really wanted! Be Brave isn't one of my favourite polishes ever, but hey, I got it for $1.50! :D I love a good deal, especially when the two of these would normally set me back around $20.00.
Have you found any great deals lately? I'd love to hear about them! :)

Good morning, dear readers!
Today I have a swatch of the gorgeous Sinful Colors Savage to show you. :D This was sent to me by the lovely Jenn from over at All That is Gorgeous. Thank you so much, Jenn!! I absolutely love it! :D
This is a gorgeous blue that leans a bit to the green side, and is surprisingly matte!
I was very surprised when I first applied this:
(I kinda overdid it on the thumb XD). It applied like a dream!! :O So smooth!
And here it is with top coat and a freehand doodle:
Isn't that colour just stunning??
Have you tried Sinful Colors Savage or any other polish that is this colour?
Have a wonderful day, my friends! :D
