Black Squigglies Over Silver - Freehand

Good super early morning, dear readers!!  (It is 12:33 a.m. here right now XD).

For this manicure I used a base of Beach, a silvery/sandy coloured franken with a bit of silver sparkle and holo bits.  I then used either two or three coats of O.P.I Pirouette My Whistle, then a coat of Sally Hansen Glass Slipper.  I painted the black designs with acrylic paint.  My hands were so wobbly when I did this one so it could have been better, but we all have those days.  :)

Have a wonderful day everyone!! :D

It doesn't at all look as if your hands were wobbly when you did this. It looks lovely!!

@ Rainbowify Me: Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!! :D Both of my hands were wobbly, even though one was resting on a table! >.<;

You are like your very own stamping plate. The designs people like me use stamping plates to achieve, you get with freehand.

You are amazing dear!! Those dots are so detailed too.. WOW. And I just love your base! It's so gorgeous.

This reminds me of the pattern on the dresses the Old Western ladies would wear to saloons. I don't know if that makes sense, but that's what this makes me think of!

I'm loving the swirls and dots. You are just sooo good at this. Can I ask...why you don't use nail polish for the designs?

Ashesela said...

@ Victoria: Thank you so much!! :D I use nail polish sometimes, but I find acrylic paint much easier to control. The kind I use is pretty pigmented, and dries slower than regular nail polish. :)
