Blue Valentine

Good morning, dear readers!

I have another blue Valentine's Day manicure for you today.

For the base I used 2 coats of Cassiopeia, a franken that I had made.  I then drew on the details with a mix of white and blue non-toxic acrylic paint! :D  YAY!! :D

I want to mention to everyone who uses acrylic paint on their nails to please make sure it is labelled as non-toxic. There are so many paints out there that contain very harmful heavy metals, and you definitely don't want to expose your nails and skin to it.  A lot of these toxic ingredients are used to produce brilliant colour payoff, so they are still used.  I am a painter as well, and have many dangerous paints that contain cadmium and other toxic ingredients in them, and I save those for my regular paintings!  I also use separate brushes for nail art vs. regular paintings to avoid contamination.

I hope you like this manicure, as it was really fun to make! :D

Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone!
